What this service is

Emergency Roofing Co., operated by WellTracked, is a free referral service. We connect callers with independent service providers that pay us for referrals. We are not a contractor and do not perform, supervise, guarantee or warrant any work, price, schedule or result.

Providers are independent

Providers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Any agreement for work is between you and the provider. You are responsible for checking a provider's license, insurance, references and estimate before you hire them. We do not verify these for you.

Information on this site

Guides, checklists and weather records are general information only and are not professional, legal or insurance advice. Weather and disaster figures come from public sources (NOAA, FEMA, the U.S. Census Bureau) and may contain errors or delays. Only your insurer can say what your policy covers.

Emergencies

This service is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, there is a fire, you smell gas or see a downed power line, call 911 or your utility first.

Calls

Calls may be recorded and monitored by us, our call tracking provider and the provider you reach, for quality, training and billing. See the privacy policy.

No warranty and limits of liability

The site and the referral service are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, WellTracked is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any call, or from any work, advice or product of a provider, and our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars.
